Hi Scorpio. I'm in the West Chester are close to the Delaware border. I'm taking the two Dan's to the range on Monday so I will have some good photos after that. I got into Dan's after picking up a pistol pack at a Cabela's for under a grand three years ago.

Nice score on that, especially at Cabellas. I have a friend in Lincoln University and another over near Kenney Square. Where do you shoot in your area? Have you tried the new indoor range in Avondale? Been past it but not stopped in ye, looks nice but busy.

I'm a member at New Holland Rifle Pistol Club and also go to Target Master, an indoor place, near the Delaware border. I haven't tried the new place in Avondale. I went on their website and the place looks good.

DW, I grew up in West Chester. Graduated from WCHS in 1966. I lived in Westtown. Where are you?
I moved out in 1973 and have since lived in New London, York County and now in Florida.

When I lived in New London we used to shoot at a quarry in Avondale. I don't know if it is still open, but in the early 80s it cost $15 a year, had a 50 and 100 yard range, and you could swim in the quarry. I have no clue if it is still open, and could probably not find it again.New London is right near Lincoln University. In fact if you get home mail delivery now (as opposed to picking it up at the New London post office, it is a Lincoln University address).
