Hello,
My name is Bob T and I just joined the forum today. I have been shooting one type of gun or another most of my life. I was in the NRA Junior program in my teens. Almost made Distinguished....missed it by 1 target before the place where we shot burned down.
I recently started shooting pistols. I currently have 3, a Glock 17, Buckmark DXL .22 and the newest a Dan Wesson Model 15 which I got 2 weeks ago. I am psyched to get it to the range. I can appreciate a well made firearm, and this is truly a well made gun. Serial number is in the 171000 range, so Im thinking it's in the late 70's to early 80's. I will post some pix of it once I get those done, and would appreciate thoughts on the age.
I'm looking forward to participating in this forum.

Welcome to DWF. I think sounds like you have a 15-2 made in 1978.
I went to a bookstore and asked the saleswoman "Were is the Self Help Section?" She said if she told me, it would defeat the purpose.
