Howdy, Y'all! Picked up my first Dan Wesson today and I couldn't be more thrilled. My first exposure to DW was in the mid 1980's, when my Dad had a large frame in .44 Mag. It was his favorite revolver ever, but he ended up having to sell it, when both my parents were laid off. I remember watching him shoot that thing and just thinking I would have one someday. I walked into the gun shop up the street yesterday and there sat a 15-2 .357 Mag. I have had about 6 guns in my safe that hadn't been touched in over 5 years, so I ran straight home, bagged up some stuff, and today walked out with a Dan Wesson. No $$$ out of pocket. To say I am happy is an understatement. Ordered some tools and parts from EWK already. REALLY excited to dig into this thing and get her up and running!! Nice to meet you all and Thanks for the forum and all the great info!

Nice looking DW!!! Looks like it has seen some range time, but definitely not abused. Be sure to give us a report once you get it out to the range!
