Very happy to be a member of this site. Being the new owner of a High Standard Sentinel MK 111 in 357 mag ( a Dan Wesson too right ? looks like one ! ) I am looking forward to talking to the lovers of these fine guns. will post pics soon as I figure out how .

Yep, those guns definitely have some Dan Wesson in their lineage. One of those is currently scrawled on my "need" list of neat stuff to get.
We'd love to see some pics, check out the help link on the right of this screen in the "FAQ's" list.

Welcome to the forum High Standards!
I spent some time in KC a couple of years ago. I enjoyed it out there... I've only spotted one of the Sentinel MKIII's and it was in poor condition so had to pass on it.

Ha ha, my wife gives me that "are you completely stupid, im not interested in that crap" look when i show her my guns.

Zoommb, You trying to make us all jealous? Hey my wife syas go ahead and get it, but has no interest in shhoting them, that is not half bad! We all have some good other halves I believe.
I can appreciate the looks you get when out taking "pictures" of your guns (aka Fine Engineered Works of Art). My wife just gives me the bewildered look like "do you need to lie down till it passes?"
There are those things she'll never understand. However my sons get it! They love the pics and scroll the member's forum with me looking for the latest.
