Well I have been reading the forum for a while. I decided to join.  I have caught the DW bug. I started with a 6 inch 44, now a 357 6 inch, and finally a 41 mag.heavy barrell in stainless. The last one is on layaway.  I know Ill get pictures up when I can.  With that being said. Does anyone know where to get scope mounts that dont require a gun smith? I have called b-square, thaey have been purchased by desaints and you have to leave a message with some guy that never  calles you back.  Then I called Leupold and they dont make anything anymore.  I told them there was a huge following for DW and it might be in there best interest to maybe make something.  Well that didnt work.  Any one got any idea?

Welcometo the madhouse we call DWF Sign. Non drill mounts pop up on the auction sites from time to time, actually I believe there is one on gun broker right now. good luck

Welcome to DWF. There is a set of Leupold no-drill rings up on ebay now, with 10 hours to go:

http://cgi.ebay.com/Leupold-DAN-WESSON-Handgun-Mounts-w-1-Rings-50077-/140428438124?cmd=ViewItem&pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item20b22fea6c

BSquare mounts appear at auction from time to time, Burris has a better (IMO) mount that comes up very rarely. We have actually had two different sets of the BSquare mounts auctioned here on DWF by members to benefit Site operating costs.

I went to a bookstore and asked the saleswoman "Were is the Self Help Section?" She said if she told me, it would defeat the purpose.

Welcome to the DWF!  I have a B-Square mount I would be willing to part with.  If you are interested send me a PM.

Those Leupold rings went for $120!  Ouch!

They sat there at $56 forever, then took off into the stratosphere!

I've been working too much lately and haven't been around here. Don't want to appear rude.

Welcome to our forum! That .41 Magnum is my favorite revolver cartridge, especially in a Dan Wesson.
