New to the forums. Bought a DW many many years ago and would like to find more about it. It is model .22 cal from Monsoon, Mass. Serial# is very low and it is in stunning condition. Has zebra-stripped wood grips etc. I don't shoot it to much but when I do, the other guys always want to know where I got it. The quality of this revolver is just some of the best I have ever saw. Action is very tight and accuracy is outstanding. When I bought it in the very early 80's it was nearly new. Turned in to a pawn shop by a lady whose husband had passed away several years before. The owner of the shop told me he was the original. Unfortunatly the lady could not find the original box the DW came in. There were many .22 revolvers the shop owner had for sale, but I have to say the Wesson was by far the best looking and best finished. I hope to get more but darn things are getting very expensive. But I guess top quality always is. Hope to learn a lot about DW revolvers and pistols. Thank you Nutbustd US Army Ret.
