I'm a minister from Pgh PA and am a Dan Wesson owner and really enjoy the models I've had over the years.
I'm former LEO of various levels and also been a truck driver, janitor, PI, teacher, etc.

thanks guys, i used to have several, but had to let them go over the years. I've been lurking in here for a bit to oogle pics and such, and thought that i should register since i just picked up a nice model 14 service 2 inch, and am starting to re assemble the collection again.

Welcome to DWF, I think PA is probably our single largest State contingent.
I went to a bookstore and asked the saleswoman "Were is the Self Help Section?" She said if she told me, it would defeat the purpose.

WOW, that's cool! I seldom see any revolvers around Pittsburgh, but i do know where a model 15 stainless [way overpriced] is ad a blued 15 6 inch that I"m thinking of picking up for $425.
there's a shop with a decent sized box of DWA parts, barrels, wrenches [mostly the older exposed nut slip over type] and grips. they keep it in back for me to paw through.

Hey I'd love to have a few exposed nut extras! Wait...that probably came out all wrong...all wrong on any other forum, that is!
Let me know if there's any availability on some exposed 12 point barrel nuts., I'd sure love to find some.
