dwf-welcome from Pennsylvania,to the best place for Dan Wesson info on the net! My neighbor is a Doctor from South Africa, Cape Town I believe. You are having summer now aren't you? We in northern US are jelaous big-grin .. Just kidding.

What is the firearms ownership "climate" like in South Africa?

I went to a bookstore and asked the saleswoman "Were is the Self Help Section?" She said if she told me, it would defeat the purpose.

Ed - welcome from sunny Florida. SA is the source of one of my favorite autos - the Denel Industries Vektor. I believe it's the only South African firearm that was imported into the US. Sometime we'll have to have a chat about them.
