Hello All,
I have a Dan Wesson Stainless, .357 revolver with interchangeable barrels. It appears DW serial numbers are hard to track down on this weapon. The serial #on the revolver's right looks to be S/001|038. Full text reads...

Any guidance on identifying this revolver's model,date, or other info is welcomed.

If the serial number is S/001038 and the gun is stainless it date's to probably 1983. One of the first stainless guns. It's model designation is 715. It is a stainless version of a 15-2. The 7 means stainless.
