Ok new guy here from Tenn. found this website after googling. I have a Dan Wesson I've had for a few years that I know nothing about. Model #,when it was made, what it's worth. Seems like a fine gun well balenced, trigger is outta this world ,shooting it DA or SA. I don't have a picture of mine but I found one on the web that identical. Only differance is mine has a scope base mounted. Thanks for any info.

Welcome to the
The gun that is pictured above is a Model 715 Fixed Barrel made in Palmer, Mass. A fair value on the fixed barrels seem to run $400 - $500 depending on condition. If your barrel is removable it is probably worth a little more if you have the barrel tool.
Others will chime in and set me straight if I'm wrong.

to the . Since it is a fixed barrel, it is a Palmer made gun, and that puts it between 1992 and 1995. That is probably as close as we can get at this time.

Yep, what he said.
That's pretty neat, the fixed barrel 44's are fairly rare. There's two other members here with 44's, if I recall...one blued & one stainless. We've got a pic thread here, devoted just to these guns & we'd sure love to see yours, if you get around to posting some.

Great thanks,I've taken a few deer with mine and before this I shot Super Redhawk (can I say that here ) this gun is 10x the quality, trigger pull is amazing. It seems to like 185 gr bullets for some reason they seem to group the best. I'll try to get some pic's of mine up tonight. Thanks again for the info.

In a nut shell...
There have been more than one owner of Dan Wesson. The first was, of course, the original - Daniel B. Wesson. Known as Dan Wesson Arms, the guns were produced in Monson, Mass. The company went under in the early 1990's. Dan Wesson was then resurrected and relocated to Palmer, Mass and known as Wesson Arms Inc. The company only lasted a short while before having financial problems, was bought out and again renamed to Dan Wesson Arms, and again relocated - to Norwich, NY. In most recent times, Firearms manufacture CZ has become the owners of the Dan Wesson brand.

Yep, that pretty much covers it.
The only thing of interest I might add, is that Dan's son Seth is/was the main man at the Palmer location. Seth Wesson had to use the "Wesson Firearms" name because of some hangup with the DW copywrite laws, if I'm remembering correctly.
