Gents,
My name is Raymond 37 years old, live in the Netherlands and I do sport shooting already for more then 20 years. I am the proud owner of a Dan Wesson 15-2 with a 3, 4, 6 and 8 inch barrel and shoot him almost once a week on an indoor range.
Hope to find lots of info on this site, if possible I'll upload some pics from the gin in the near future.
Best regards,
Ray

Welcome Raymond, sounds like you might have a Pistol Pack?
What are the gun (and handgun) laws like in the Netherlands? A lot of what we see from Europe seems to be pretty tough in terms of handguns.
Thanks for coming to New Members and introducing yourself.

I went to a bookstore and asked the saleswoman "Were is the Self Help Section?" She said if she told me, it would defeat the purpose.

Hi Steve,
I don't know what's really a 'pistol pack' but I have also the original carrying case with it, but that one is out of date and inferior at the moment. Maybe I can bring him to somebody who can restore it back to a good looking carrying case.
In the Netherlands, for sport shooters you must be a member of a shooting club (at least one year), have a safety screening and there is a few years to go before you're able to shoot a .357 gun (first year .22lr only). After one year and the screening you can request for a permit which, in the first year allows you to have one gun and after one year maximum of 5 guns/weapons. You're not able to carry them all day, just on the shooting range and you have to bring them in a closed case. At home, you have to save your weapons in a real gun safe, departed from any ammo.
It's regulated ... but we still can shoot

Welcome from the state of Pennsylvania! Sounds like a very nice gun. I'm jealous that you get to shoot so often, I wish I could get to the range that much. You are at THE best place on the net for Dan Wesson info. Post some pics of your gun when you get a chance, we LOVE

You can upload the pics directly to the forum, no need for a third party pic hosting site.
Click on the "Attachments" button below, and select the "Add Files" button. From the drop down, select the files you want to upload. Please resize them to 640x480 so they are easily viewable for everyone. When that's done, click "Start Upload". When done, click "Submit Reply" and the pics will appear in the post.
