Hi, all.

I recently acquired a 375 SuperMag and I want to make some ammo as I have never owned a gun I didn't intend to shoot.

I'm primarily a fan of older S&Ws but could not resist this gun.

There's no accounting for taste. smile

I hope you are a reloader because about the only way to get ammo is load your own.  Even at that, finding or making brass is a big issue as there is precious little of it around.  You may end up forming your own from  300 win mag.  Some it's have used 30-30 but it's not recommended.

dwf-welcome to the dwf  I did respond to your brass question in your other thread.  Thanks for introducing yourself and yes, no accounting for taste.  You picked a good Dan to start with, just the hardest one to obtain or build ammo for.  From there on they are all easier...

dwf-welcome to the forum!

The .375 is the second rarest SuperMag gun, and the rarest to find brass for. I've always used .375 Winchester brass, added to my original .375 SuperMag brass...more shooting.

I wonder if we could as a group convince Starline to do a run of 375 supermag brass?  Wonder how many cases they'd need to make up a run?  Either that or 375 Win Mag brass.

This may be a good cause.  They did run a batch of 360 Dan Wesson, I am sure there are more .375's around than 360's.
