I've been wanting to get a new revolver and have been interested in the Dan Wessons. I just ordered my first, a model 15-2. Now I just need to learn all I can about them. I'm hoping that this will be my most accurate handgun, from what I've read I think it has a chance. I'm hoping to find out that I can put the barrels with the full length under lug on it, I love the way those look. Well, I'm going to go see what all I can find out now.

Welcome to DWF, by "ordered" I'm guessing you picked one up at auction? 15-2 is pretty much the classic DW, easily the most common model out there, and it has a real good chance of being your most accurate handgun.
I went to a bookstore and asked the saleswoman "Were is the Self Help Section?" She said if she told me, it would defeat the purpose.

You won't have any trouble finding barrels for that gun. There always seem to be plenty of them on gunbroker.com. However, you can also buy them from Dan Wesson. See the link in the column at the right.
