Ah, SE MI, my old stomping ground. You have a fine looking specimen of Dan Pork. You will truly love shooting it.
Welcome to the Forum. Lot's of good folks here with tons of Dan knowledge.

if you find one...what's your plan?

Thanks brucertx,
I've owned and handled a variety of pistols before but this was my first experience with .357mag/.38spc. I think with more time and adjusting my sight picture a bit, that X will be cleaned up nicely. Still not entirely sure where the 14-S falls in the Dan Wesson timeline though.
The shop I went to didn't have any grips in stock, but one of the workers knew a guy who came across an estate sale in which he purchased around 14 DW revolvers, including multiple pistol pac's!!! He called him up and 15 minutes later he showed up with with the Hogue grip for me. I would imagine that gentleman is a part of this forum, so thanks again if you read this.
I also picked up a workable holster. Its a "The Masters Holster" - Pathon for N-Frame S&W's.
