Hey everybody! I just found this forum while researching a potential purchase. I bought a 44HV back in 1988 with a 8 inch and a 6 inch barrel, and now a similar gun has become available locally and I thought it'd make a nice addition.
I was going to post this elsewhere, but I guess I can just ask here and now...what does anyone think about a 44HV in about 98% condition with tool and aftermarket case, 8 inch & 4 inch barrels, for $500? It appears to be a Monson. Any opinions, or suggestions?

I spent a week out in Scottsdale a few years ago. Very cool place to visit.
As for your question. I just sold a 744V6 (Complete Gun) and a 8VH barrel and shroud on GunBroker for $800+. So that being said I think $500 is a fair price since you would definitely pay more to get it on GunBroker that's for sure.
