hello , new member here and found out about the forum from watching a youtube video about the dan wesson model 15-2 . i have been watching videos on this revolver and trying to gain as much info as possible because i believe tonight i will be buying a DW model 15-2 . I am pretty new to the gun ownership world as i just became a licensed carrier this year . I had shot guns as a kid with my father and always enjoyed it , but never put much thought into owning firearms until recently . I do alot of shooting with my girlfriends father who is sort of a gun buff , he owns many ( and i mean MANY ) Colts and other nice firearms , he is the one who is selling me the DW . I started reading the forum and the discussion about the DW and High Standard relationship was interesting , so i figured why not join the forum . I'll end my rambling here and look forward to reading some more of the discussions on this forum , thanks for having me .

he does alright by me Stinger ....... I did buy the gun from him the other day < its in really nice condition but has some of that Dan Wesson notorious fading on the receiver . Has anyone on here had any luck with re-blueing on a Dan Wesson ? Was thinking about giving it a try < any suggestions as to whether or not i should or shouldnt ?
