Hello everyone!
I joined the DW club a couple years ago when I picked up my first 15-2 pistol pack. I was looking for a “one gun solution”, and someone just happened to be selling their 15-2 with the 2.5in, the 4in, and the 8in barrels, all for only $1000! It was an offer I couldn’t refuse, and I soon bought the 6in to complete the set. That gun accompanied me everywhere for a year and a half, and is still carried frequently today.
I’d always wanted a 44, so after I started reloading as a hobby, I decided to buy a Ruger Redhawk. Reloading makes even 44 magnum about as cheap to shoot as 9mm. Soon another local was selling his Palmer era DW 44, with a 9.5in barrel. I love my other DW so much that I traded the Redhawk for this (new to me) 44. With a new 2.5in barrel from CZ, it’s become my daily carry piece.
