Thank you for the info. Is it a 15 or a 15-2? I purchased it from my aunt.
15-2 with an 8" Vent Heavy barrel assembly, commonly referred to as a 15-2 8VH. Please use the included barrel nut tool with care, they can be a little challenging to use effectively, particularly if the barrel nut has not been removed recently.
I went to a bookstore and asked the saleswoman "Were is the Self Help Section?" She said if she told me, it would defeat the purpose.

Thank you for the info. How would you recommend taking it apart? Obviously with the tool. What should I expect and how should I go about removing it? I think I will try to remove it when I get home form work. If it is stuck, how should I go about removing it?

Be very careful using the OEM factory tool, the acrylic becomes brittle with age and can easily crack if too much pressure is applied. Tightening and loosening of the barrel nut only requires a hand snug torque.
I recommend that you relegate it to your collection and purchase an aftermarket wrench from EWK for everyday use.
