Greetings,
I've been reading everything on this site and really appreciate all the information tha's here. I bought a Dan Wesson .44 over 10 years ago and knew nothing about them at the time. It's a marvelous pistol to shoot, and I think my wife likes it even more than I do. Just recently bought a .357 and I love it too. I have some questions about it that I'll try to put on the appropriate forum, and eventually I'll try to post some photos.
Keep up the great work on the forum!

Welcome to DWF-I'm just the opposite, I've had the .357 for many years and just recently had some exposure to the .44 Mag. It was much easier to control and shoot than I expected.

I went to a bookstore and asked the saleswoman "Were is the Self Help Section?" She said if she told me, it would defeat the purpose.

Thanks Steve. My wife & I both had the same reaction to the .44 the first time we shot it. I guess that's why I bought the .357 even before I found this forum or knew much about Dan Wesson. Now I'm really glad I have them both. I may start looking for a .22!
