Hi, I am glad to be here but kind of did this backwards, I already posted the topic: Dan Wesson, year made? This is the post: I have a Dan Wesson Stainless 44 Magnum with an 8 inch barrel. It was made in Monson, Mass.
Serial number: SB004520
Can anyone out there tell me what year this was made? Contacted Dan Wesson and was told that they did not have the old records.
I purchased the gun new in 1985 and paid $300.00 for it at that time.

As mentioned in your other thread, I believe your gun was made in 1984. Do you have any
of this gun? We are always up for new DW pics.

We are happy to have you here. The 44's are really nice to shoot. It's my wife's favorite, so I had to get her a stainless for her very own.
