I have a Monson 44 purchased new with a 10" barrel in @ 1988. I had to return it for an improperly machined cylinder as it bound up on the 2nd shot I took at a deer . Apparently the chambers were not deep enough. Works fine since however. I've taken several deer with it.
I purchased a 4" barrel and shroud direct from "Ginny" in 04 and shot IDPA with it a few times.
We had a house fire that required that we send all our guns off for restoration 5 yrs ago. The DW came back looking good but it had blasting sand around the rear sight and it doesn't hold zero now. Some help with this problem would be of great service.
I took a picture but I'll only post it if I can do so directly.
