Howdy. I am looking for assistance regarding information on a DW Pistol Pac I have. I'm not sure of the model of the firearm since it doesn't list it on the side. The caliber is 357 and is in a case with grips and two barrels in all. The list is as follows:

Brand - Dan Wesson Arms
SN# - 334945
Caliber - 357
Comments:
Pistol Pac incl-
-Wrench kit/barrel changing tool
-barrel assemblies in 2 1/2″ and 4″
-3 grips (2-wood, 1 rubber)
-Carrying Case
-Mfg in Monson, MA

Also, would appreciate a value on it if possible.

Thanks

Welcome Old Dawgster.

I moved you to the new member section, why not introduce yourself.

As for your pack it is a mini pack with a model 14-2  4 inch and a 2.5 inch. I would hate to try and value that one but rest assured there are not many mini packs floating around.

Thanks. I'm trying to learn more about these Dan Wesson pistols because I have always been a S&W fan. My dad procured this one back in the 80's and I came across it after he passed. Looks like it's in pretty good condition. I fired it this past Monday and it performed without fail. I can't seem to find out much info on the web about this particular kit, Your info you provided was more than I have found in 2 months of looking. Thanks again. dwf

Probably manufactured early 80's, the black rubber grip is likely not original to the Pack.

I went to a bookstore and asked the saleswoman "Were is the Self Help Section?" She said if she told me, it would defeat the purpose.

OldDawgster, I will take a stab at a value. The frame, grip and 4" barrel - 350 to 400. The 21/2" barrel assembly - 150-200. Tool  - 40-50. Case - 200-250. Other - 30-50.  Pieced out it would bring between 770 and 950. Sold as a pack,  Closer to the 770 mark. The case is the prize. It may go higher if it is in great condition. A booklet is up to 40 bucks right now on ebay but that is crazy. The smooth grip may go surprisingly high too.

I've got a stack of those instruction manuals --if they are that much, I'll sell mine.
