Glad to be here! I'm going to be purchasing a ECP 9mm in the very near future. I've had kimber's, Sig's, Colt's, SA's and am finally glad to be carrying a DW. I do have a simple question:
Does DW customer service make "a thing" out of whether or not you purchase from an "authorized dealer as listed on their website?" I may use GB as models are hard to find right now. Obviously the gun would be brand new, but I ran into a snafu with another manufacturer reference buying from GB as the FFL was not an "authorized dealer."
Any advice on this?

Welcome to the forum from PA! I bought my first thru a LGS who got the Guardian thru a distributor, they were not an 'authorized dealer'. I had an issue with POI vs POA and the factory took care of it without any ado. So there is no problems because any dealer has to get them from an authorized distributor or the factory.
