Thanks for sharing your it looks like you've got a beauty of a 44V6 from here.
Since you're the original owner, your info would be greatly appreciated in the s/n Registry LIST seen at the right of this screen --- >
Every little bit helps.

Welcome to the Forum. By all means, please try to contribute to our Serial Number Registry.
From your screen name, I'm guessing there's a SIG or two hanging around? What else are you shooting?
I went to a bookstore and asked the saleswoman "Were is the Self Help Section?" She said if she told me, it would defeat the purpose.

Thanks everyone!
Yes, I have several SIGs including my JF proofed '85 P226 that I bought brand new about a year before I bought the Dan. I'm also a big fan of the 10mm but don't have any of the DW autos, just a G20SF that is fantastic. I lightened the trigger pull and went with an uncaptured Wolff guide rod and 22# recoil spring for shooting full power 10mm. I have a drop-in KKM barrel for shooting hardcast loads for pig hunting.
I shall add my DW to the serial number database.
Here's a pic of a couple of my SIGs and the Glock. I like to call this 9mm, 10mm, 11mm because .45 is kinda close to 11mm.

! Very nice .44 there. Almost looks like a hint of Barney.
Thanks for the welcome!
Nope, no Barney at all. It's still bright blue everywhere. It's just the light reflection and modest camera used to take the pictures that make it look that way. I've babied this gun for 25 years - maybe 1,000 rounds max down the pipe.
