Greetings,
I am a long (years and years) member of the Yahoo DW forum group, but looks like the move is on to come over here, so here I am.
I am 47yo, been owning and shooting DW, revolvers since about 1981, when I bought my first .22 with an 8" barrel.
I currently own (from new) a (1986) Monson Model 15 pistol pac. I also just bought my wife another Model 15 with a 6" and 2". My plan is to get of my kids (2) one as well before .. well before one can't anymore.
I do not hunt, nor am I any kind of expert shooter. However, owning and shooting a DW, certainly helps in making one a pretty good shot. (big grin) I do enjoy reading and posting about the DW guns, I still believe they have a place in todays world.

aboard, glad you're here. I don't recall having very many members here from your state...I guess we're slowly filling in the dots on the map, eh? I like your signature line, by the way.
Since you're the original owner of your Pistol Pac, maybe you'd like to take part in the DW Registry? Details can be found at the upper right of this screen...every little bit helps.
Also, if you've got any you'd like to show off, we'd love to see 'em.

Welcome to DWF, and thanks for the info for the Serial Number Registry.
To our way of thinking, DW's definitely have a place in the current market, some of us can be accused of being "Serial Accumulators" of them.

I went to a bookstore and asked the saleswoman "Were is the Self Help Section?" She said if she told me, it would defeat the purpose.

Thanks for the warm welcome... some guy named EWK_stuff has already charmed me out of most this months play money... New barrel wrench, 3, barrel nuts and comp barrel nut... happy happy joy joy!!!
I have pics that date back to 2005, when I found a pair of 6" SS barrel/shrouds.. already sold one .. so I guess new pics should be done up.
As for being in MS.. I am from here but we spent 7 years in Idaho ( 69-76) when my dad discovered the old pork-chop DW.
