Way back when I was younger (and dinosaurs ruled the Earth), my social pistol was a DW 15 with 4" standard bbl.

Then, back in the 1980s, I went to semi-auto for social carry, and somewhere along the way, the DW migrated to another owner.

I'm not much of a fan of wheelguns.  I currently carry a 10mm Auto, with double-stack mag.  But I've never been able to forget that Dan Wesson that I carried for so long.

. . .and, this morning, I bought my way back into a quality revolver, picking up a 15 with the 6" and 2" bbls.  Of course, I WANTED the 4" but nobody at the gun show had one of those.  My new acquisition is now wearing the short bbl and spent the afternoon riding in a crossdraw holster (it's no Bill Bacon, but it at least fits the pistol).

As far as I'm concerned, the only revolvers that I would choose to carry are the Dan Wesson and the Colt Python.

Welcome back to the wonderful world of wheelguns and the DWF!

I went to a bookstore and asked the saleswoman "Were is the Self Help Section?" She said if she told me, it would defeat the purpose.
