Welcome to the site, you will be happy when you bring home your first Dan Wesson.
Need a little more information from you, blued or stainless, if you do not have the model number we can help, does it have adjustable rear sights or fixed rear. The barrel shroud full under lug or not. What condition bright shinny or used some. Where was it made probably Monson Mass, it is stamped by the serial number. Could be Palmer, or Norwich.
If it is adjustable sights (Model 15) blued good condition with both barrels $300.00 to $450.00 max(Very Nice condition), I say this because you can still pick up very nice pistol pacs for $800.00. The other thing to think about is what it is worth to you, if you really like the gun and the price is in the range you want to spend.
Good luck

After reading some on forum-I know what to look for more. Great forum!
We were gonna order a Ladysmith-model 60. We saw one at a show and the wife liked it. Also looked at a GP-100 and a couple of Taurus .357.
Wife really likes the Dan Wesson -Look and feel.
I did not get serial number. Fully lugged Stainless barrel and shrouds on 8" and 4" barrels. Target grips and regular grips-extra sights, a few more accessories. shop owners personal gun. Very smooth and locks tight with no cylinder drag marks. 600 range .
I win either way cause i will shoot it the most and everything she picked out fits me good! I like the Dan Wesson and I think the balance and novelty attracted her.
Thanks for response!
Mark
See information helps stainlesss deffinately adds to the value for most. It is rare to see the gun in stainless. Like I said if you like it buy it $600.00 is a fair price for a very good condition gun. It is on the high side but if it is what you want the price is good. I have seen them sell for that on Gunbroker without the extra barrel.
