I picked up what I've been lusting after since I was a kid, a 15-4HV. It's a Monson gun. Very accurate, and in really great shape.
I'm looking around for the 2" and 6" and 8" HV barrels and shrouds now. I have no history on the gun but it would appear to be a good one. The only thing of note really so far is that I have had to pull the sideplate and hose out the insides with aerosol lube to bust out a bunch of grit that was obstructing the return of the trigger. It has a Pachmayr grip on it which I like for general purpose but I'll be looking into something in a birds-eye maple grip soon.

Welcome to our site. Try to post some pics; we live for pics here. If you're looking for custom grips, one of our own, Lawrence Bruce is a master. Hit the link in the right-hand column and have a look at what he does. The grip on the 445s in my signature pic was made by him from black-cherry found on his farm.

Best place ( besides here ) for barrels and shrouds ( aka BA for Barrel Assembly) right now is Gunbroker. Given you had to "hose out" the insides be sure to look for our "DIY tune up" sticky and if you got a barrel tool with the gun, go ahead and break it down so you can really get the barrel clean.
If you don't have a barrel tool you can get one from CZ-USA or get one made by EWK_Stuff here ( along with spare barrel nuts and feeler gauges).
Soap Box, Ballot Box, Ammo Box
in that order.

Pics will be coming soon.
I'm working on a pair of Myrtlewood burls to send to LB and have him cut me a target grip and a round butt grip. Found a brilliant set that's just the right size and that look right. Finding a block of B.E. maple burl that I like has been less than easy. I'm kinda picky about my wood though. I want it just right.
