Greetings to all..... I'm not new to revolvers/guns, just to Dan Wesson. I'm from upstate Pennsylvania in Northern Columbia County. I've always admired the Dan Wessons and I'd like to aquire a 357 shooter for some target and hunting joy!

Welcome Bearhands! Check out the Dan Wessons on Gunbroker, there are quite a few to pick from, but I warn you, they are addicting. You won't be able to stop at just one.

Yes, revolvers flip my switch, although I do own a semi for some carry duty when the K frame or Speed 6 seems too much (size not power). I'm especially fond of the bluing on the DW's….. it's absolutely the best.

Yep, wheelguns have a special quality. I think that every time I have a jam or misfeed with one of my autos…

As stated by others, betcha can't stop at one. I thought I could....it didn't happen. And I agree, the bluing on DW's is one of the best.

Welcome Bearhands. I share the state of PA from the southern side. Like the others mentioned, get one of those Dan Wesson's and you will not be able to stop. They are the best revolver built IMHO. If your looking for a fun shooter a model 15-2 with a 8" or 6" barrell would be a good choice and are fairly easy to come by.

Welcome Bearhands. You will never regret owning a DW revolver. I lucked into my 44 15 years ago. A few months back I picked up a 15-2; and then I found the DW Forum. I've been doing a lot of learning since finding the forum and mainly I discovered how smart I was when I bought my DW's. I'm sure you will feel the same after you have one or two or three!
