Seriously ??? wow and to one of our Servicemen at that cry

I hold all our LEO officers in the highest regard but someone needs

to get raked over the coals for this, also I don't think the money he is

asking for is near enough to send the message.

Unbelievable!yell If I had heard this story by word of mouth, I would have thought it was a SNL skit, or something from the "made up news" site The Onion. Unbelievable.frown

I hope he wins his lawsuit 100%, and brings down the jobs of a few key people mentioned in the article, while he's at it. If he does win, that should work wonders with his depression...I know it would sure make me smile.

Un-flipping believable.  What a horrible way to treat someone who had been in harm's way and was willing to make the ultimate sacrifice.

I'm guessing the elites and leo's in Washington D.C. think they are justified in those actions and that their insurance will pay any and all costs.  Hopefully his attorney can find some way to get the insurance company to bail.  (I worked for a company that sued a municipality.  The municipality was very arrogant until we amended our suit and the insurance company walked away.  Once on their dime, the municipality suddenly became reasonable.)
