6 in the last 2 weeks. Home invasions perps are meeting homeowners and women who have had enough.
Main stream media don't quite know how to editorialize this phenomenon, while the peanut gallery comment sections are high fiving and showering the defenders of life, liberty and home with praise.
Justified shootings are on the rise too, they just don't make the breaking news but they are getting notice too.
Sensitivity training for the perps perhaps?

I was back in MI a couple of years ago, and went to a Tigers game with my Brother in Law. As he was driving us in to Comerica Park from well outside the city I was stunned and saddened by to the abandonment and desolation of mile after mile of residential areas. I never lived in the "city" but grew up in the Metropolitan area. A part of me hurts desperately for the people abandoned by their legislators and leaders.
How did one of the most vibrant and economically blessed cities in America turn into Stalingrad?
And BTW, the entire time we were in the city and at the game, my right hand was poised (unconsciously) over my right hip, where the pistol should have been!

To me, the whole country is this way, it's just not as "in your face" noticeable in most areas.
We were such a productive country, we made some of everything, we invented things that indirectly changed & improved ways of life for every human on the planet...and now, much (if not most) of our once vibrant economic industry is outsourced to countries who would like nothing more than to see us fail and fall. I see many leftist progressives saying "we had our time, now it's time to let some other nation be top dog"...what a load of BS!

RKP said: We live well outside of Detroit and have our entire lives and have been going to sports activities, concerts, etc. down there since we were kids and never have had 1 problem/issue. I also test drive vehicles for Porsche and occasionally the test route will take me through the city and I again have experienced no problems / issues, but, just in case, I have 'Pepe' on my side when testing vehicles.
