Folks, I took a whooping from some over my last topic. It was misread and some became misdirected. But from all of the long lines at the gun shows, and the tons of ammo being horded up. If all of these folks were NRA members or at least made their voices heard on capital hill. I just
can't see much happening in congress to get their hands on our property. Even Obama himself has stated that Americans love their guns. Bill Clinton advised him long ago not to mess with guns. Look at Clintons crime Bill and the 10 round mag limit. It did not work. There are more guns in this country than automobiles. It would cost the government millions to extract every gun from every dwelling. And there would still be stash's of gun's somewhere. I know we are fighting the good fight.
And none should back off an inch. But I can't see getting an ulcer over it. I just can not seeing it happen to the extent that some fear. But as the old Blood Sweat and Tears song went " I can swear their ain't no heaven and I pray there ain't no hell'. They can't clear up the drug problem in this country after spending millions yearly. And there are more of us than there are drug addict's. I hope.

You are wrong, it will cost "them" much, much more. The people have made their voices
heard, they bought up the industry supply in three days ! That says alot compared to
sheeple attitude that has been the norm in the past. With all the petions and
the frenzy buying I don't see fear, I see a stand , I see a message, I see Americans
taking back their republic, and I support it.

On the other hand, we have had four years of overt Socialism shoved down out throats, culminating in "ObamaCare".
We have record debt, growing at a (beyond) reckless rate. We all know it's wrong, but we can't stop it.
Our current Monarch, Barack Hussein the First, has a media that is almost fully united in his anti-gun effort, and an incredibly emotionally charged Social Media electorate that he can mobilize instantly.
It's going to be a tough fight, gentlemen.
I went to a bookstore and asked the saleswoman "Were is the Self Help Section?" She said if she told me, it would defeat the purpose.

Remember, kids, these people are politicians. They'll do what they please and claim it's to keep us safe.
Once saw something about .... when the government fears the people that is liberty ... when the people fear the government that is tyranny. They will try to disarm us. Then they have nothing to fear.
Democracy is two wolves and a lamb voting on what to have for dinner. Liberty is a well armed lamb contesting the vote.

I'm going to stay out of this one other than to say if you're not getting an ulcer over this, you should be. This is going to be the toughest battle we've been up against yet and for every long line at the guns shows, there's a long line of opposition ready to put up a fight. You should be shaking in your boots.
This is the witch leading the opposition - make sure you watch the video. If this doesn't scare you, it should. She is leading the assault against us and she was successful in California. We need to apply everything we have and defeat her.

I'll stand shoulder to shoulder with any of you in a fight. I'm not some panty waist. I don't hide in my basement punching on these keys and trying to sound tough and hoping I'll never run into someone who does not like what I say. I don't hide behind alcohol or drugs. I have talked many times to Headsmaster on the phone. He knows the type of man I am. I don't play around.
Hell just look at my 44 I submitted for the calender. It is engraved "We The People Of The United States". I have signed with my address and phone number to several petition's to my congressman and senator. I belong to the NRA. I have stated several times on this forum how I support any law abiding gun owner his constitutional right to bear what ever arm he desires to own.
So now what else can I or we do? Worrying will not win a battle. As stated before Obama has been the greatest salesman this country has ever had. So again, "What Else Can We Do?"

Regarding Feinstein, here is a great letter sent to her by a former Marine. I thought you'd enjoy this too.

If anyone else hasn't done so yet, the best thing anyone can do is write your Senators and House representatives and voice your opinion. Here are the links to find them:

Draw a line and hold your ground, no more discussion, no more compromise.
We have tuned the cheek too many times, we have swallowed too much
criticism, no more, it stops now.
In other words you eat, $#!+ and sleep like a gun owner, you defend your right every
chance you get, every politician that opposes you, with every person that confronts you,
family, freinds, the stranger at the market who is next to you in line.
