Here is a summary of Dianne Feinstein's proposed legislation. Passing of this bill would be disastrous - please write to your senators and congressmen and urge them to vote NO on this bill.

Ah yes, her first step to a national registry... no bueno. I'll see my Senator the first week of the year and talk with him about it, personally.

Well don't this just suck! I have only a couple of bolt actions and lever guns left. My preference is semiauto .308. Hell, my glenfield .22 holds 18 rounds.
It seems they want to set this up so semiauto's become covered under NFA rules. No approval by local law enforcement, no gun ownership, even if gun is on the approved list for grandfathered guns.
Not sure but it seems as though if the gun is not on the specific lists, grandfathered or approved, it will be illegal.
Trying to appease the hunters by exempting their weapons...for now! Divide and conquer!
But they can have security guards armed with whatever they want. Nice!
I am just so pissed right now I can't even continue to write.
