It's such classic Beltway behavior. They try through the system and lose. Will of the people, right? Nah, just look for a sneaky back door.
You know.....right after I "signed" the petition, The IRS called informing me of my upcoming audit!!!!

Seriously, a treaty becomes essentially part of the constitution. That is what makes this treaty so pernious. It will not be ratified by the senate and become law but Obama will attempt to enforce it (ala Bill Clinton) .He and Holder are probably just waiting for the next "incident". I miss Charlton Heston. They better keep their stinking paws off my guns.
