A friend of mine recently sent his Security Six back to Ruger for repair, the cylinder kept seizing and could not be rotated. Ruger told him that they no longer service those guns and told him he would have to choose a different NEW gun at a deep discount. So he is getting an LCR I think. That's what I like about DW, they still service the guns they no longer make.
BTW, nice collection of Rugers!

I almost bought a Speed Six in 9mm but got a SP101 in 9mm instead. It was to keep my 357 and 32 mag company. Now I think they need a big brother. My first experience with moon clips and WOW . SO FAST. Has any members ever had a Dan converted to moon clips besides a 45 or 460?

Great Rugers.
Okay you reloaders - 9mm in a snubby vs .38 special…got data?
If you're going to drink, don't drive. Don't even putt.
I forgot to add that my SP 101 in 32 mag is a 4" adjustable sight model. The 9mm was made back in the late 1990's. I think Ruger is making the LCR in 9 mm now though. And Taurus has a 9mm model snubby on the 85 frame. Not an ultralight though. Photohause , I think a 9mm is a whole lot more powerful than most 38 Special. Especially +P. On the other hand, the SP is designed for 357 mag so 9mm is a step down.
