I went to a bookstore and asked the saleswoman "Were is the Self Help Section?" She said if she told me, it would defeat the purpose.

Well, it looks like the STI is a keeper.
Dusty Trail and I hit the range this evening and both agree that the Spartan is a nice piece for the money. I am pleased with the accuracy although I need some serious trigger time to improve my skills. We had one FTF on the very first round through the Spartan.... after that, it was smooth sailing with no malfunctions. I have to find my groove again with the pistols/revolvers- I spent way too much time shooting rifles and it shows in a disgusting way. This is why I won't be posting target pics any time soon but I think I've improved slightly over the last few range visits.
I do have to say that I really like Dustys DW 10mm also- a very fine weapon indeed. I did notice a definite difference between the last 10mm ammo I shot, back in 1989, and what we shot tonight. SAAMI at work I guess.
