Guys,
I have a Colt AR15 Model 6520 which has the Law Enforcement Only stamping on the lower receiver. I took this gun to the gun show this weekend and one guy that was interested in it was concerned about this. He said something like if there was another ban on them that you would be able to have a different upper on it.
My thoughts on this is:
1) Who knows what the new legislation would look like?
2) I bought this from an individual so not much of a paper trail anyway.
So anyone else have thoughts on this. Obviously I'm not an AR guy and don't really like the gun so I'll probably be selling it but want to know the facts before I get serious about it.

Above is a link I found so currently the markings mean nothing... at least that's the way I took it.

I have a colt 6920 I believe. I too am sure the marking mean nothing, I spent a lot of time researching AR-15's before I got into them. The Colts are great.
