Maybe this is the gun that settles the debate as to who built what (DW vs. HS), but probably just a rather confused specimenscrewy

I'm down with that world renowned DW/HS expert known as Dyno Doug

Now I can actually sleep tonite

I went to a bookstore and asked the saleswoman "Were is the Self Help Section?" She said if she told me, it would defeat the purpose.

Haven't seen a nickel HS, were they offered or is this an aftermarket plating?

Either those are the worst pictures I've ever seen, or "98% Finish" has a whole new definition. Lots of small scratches and swirl marks.

I'd pay $500+ for this gun right after the "porcine mammal aviates out my anal orifice"

I went to a bookstore and asked the saleswoman "Were is the Self Help Section?" She said if she told me, it would defeat the purpose.

In regular light that gun would look a lot better. That bright white flash brings every detail out.

I think he's referring to the Dan Wesson Barrel assembly on the High Standard frame.

I think it is settled. Dan Wesson made the Sentinel. High Standard put their serial and roll on the barrel. The only difference I see is the mk iii rear sight which is a High Standard sight. Only one barrel assembly on a HS. Extra lengths were not offered. Dan BA'S fit fine, hence the hybrid.

Ole Canine - I was being a bit tongue in cheek, just humored by the hybrid.  Anyone seen a DW frame for sale with a HS BA?  LOL

If this one was blued and not $500 (a lot less) I'd bid cuz' I'm looking for a 4"-ish porkchop BA.
