Yes, made by Dan Wesson.

I have a MK11 and a MK111.  I need a Sentinel MK111 shroud.  However, I unfortunately do not have what you are looking for to trade.

Edit: Oops! In your title you state MK111.  However in the body of your post you state DW model 14.

DW model 14-1 is equivalent to HS Sentinel MK11  ( service model )

DW model 15-1  is equivalent to HS Sentinel MK 111  ( target model with adjustable rear sight ). with exception of the rear sight being slightly different between the HS and the DW.

This may help you out.  I have a Dan Wesson pork chop style shroud on my High Standard frame.  Works fine.  The roll marks just don't match.  Blueing matches quite well actually. You can also use a later non pork chop style barrel/shroud assembly from a later 14-2 Dan Wesson. This would require the use of an EWK shroud adapter.  I do this with a 2.5 inch DW barrel / shroud assembly on my High Standard. This works fine as well.
