Asked to put a pic in here of my Model 1926, (3rd Model Hand Ejector). 44 Special, Lettered to Wolf & Klar, May 1927. Shoes are jigged bone. This is the only one I have that's handy- right now.

Came from the same person that I purchased the 45 LC Colt from. That was, without a doubt, my best deal ever.
I bought the 1st Gen. Colt and this Smith for $700 plus a Bersa .380 I had no use for...

Wow! I thought it was nickle! I have the same model in nickle, but mine looks like it was dropped in a cement mixer. It belonged to my great grandfather A county Sheriff back in the day when 38 special was king. Yours looks amazing!
P.S. Love the Cyprus knee. Cool idea
