Ok, first shot at this, Steve was kind enough to set me straight, well at least try!
Ok, so if this worked, this is just a little storage area on a few of my Maxi's, I guess ther are a few other thing stowed there also. I'm going to post this and see if it worked, Coogs.

I went to a bookstore and asked the saleswoman "Were is the Self Help Section?" She said if she told me, it would defeat the purpose.

And to give you a little clue about some Max variations, the above pic shows the difference in 7 1/2 front sight heights. Still trying to determine, at what serial number the change over took place. That is one of the reasons why I've been collecting serial numbers. OK, don't want to overwhelm, Next up, A US arms Seville, in .357 Max, that Ruger shot the snot of, 1000 proof loads, 8000 factory loads and the Rockwell tested it, and, with the documentation, Coogs.

What a killer collection! I really like the sequential numbered "sisters", that's pretty neat. Did you obtain them all at once, as a set?
The front sight height difference is interesting, something I hadn't previously known. Looking forward to some Seville pics. I have a couple myself, although in 375 & 454. A couple other members here also own a few Seville's too, so fire away!
