Picked this little beast up this weekend. Found it on a local forum, NIB, so I scoffed it up. Can't wait to put some rounds through it. It is a 4 1/2" barreled Sig Trailside.
The gun feels solid and like a well-built gun. I have heard really good things about these and I can see why.
The only thing I can complain about at this time are the grips. The texturing is very light & fine. With a dry hand, they feel okay, but I am concerned if my hands get wet or sweaty, they will become too slick. I am thinking either a set of nice wood grips or stippling these like people do with the fantastic-plastic pistols.
Seeing as this gun is the 4 1/2" version, I am going to use it as a "do-all" gun and not a dedicated bulls-eye shooter.
I'll be sure to give a range-report once I get some rounds through her.

Nice pistol. I've seen some with laminated grips and while trying to find a set, I stumbled on this:

I am going to probably order a set through Larrys Guns Inc. They offer a set similar to the plastic ones (in wood) with texturing. They also offer a set of grips that mimics the feel of a 1911 style grip, but I think I would go with the ones pictured below (wood version of the plastic).
EDIT: I just checked Numrich, and they have sets of the black plastic grips (like my factory ones) for roughly 25 including shipping. Might order a set and see if I can stipple them to my liking before spending the 116 on the wood grips from Larry's.
