Anyone have one and like it? I got a Super Hawg and haven't had anything but trouble. Gun looks great but won't feed any more than 3 at a time without a FTF or FTE. Read alot of bad reviews after I bought it, just my luck.
In hindsight I wouldn't buy a Para again. A brand new gun ought to shoot when you pull the trigger.

I owned a Warthog for about a year, I bought it used, and I was absolutely fascinated with the big .45 ACP punch in a small package. About 500 rounds in (for me) the pistol slide>frame locked up while shooting. Para replaced the cracked frame (built up with my old slide, barrel, parts on a new frame), which I thought was pretty good service to a "used" owner, but since it was a new S/N, it cost me my FFL's transfer fee, plus my shipping costs to get a not new gun. I lost interest in it shortly thereafter and gave it away to my son, who still shoots it on occasion.
I would not bother buying another Para, too many other options out there.
I went to a bookstore and asked the saleswoman "Were is the Self Help Section?" She said if she told me, it would defeat the purpose.

Have you tried changing brands of ammo?
I have tried multiple brands and bullet styles and my own reloads. My glock 21 will eat all of them. I really liked the idea of a 1911 hicap style pistol, but after research it appears Para has a QC issue since moving production to the US. Not to many people are happy with their customer service either from other forums I have searched. I am having the same issues as them, no catastrophic failure yet. Just real disapointing in an expensive pistol that should work from the factory.
