Anybody have a Springfield 1911 45 or any opinion ?

I saw some at gs this weekend, seem well built and $$ reasonable.

Are they a decent gun for money ? Still made in Mass. ? I want a DW 45 or poss. a Colt,

but too many clams for now !!cool

I own an SA loaded, an SA GI 45, an SA Nat Match, and a Colt 70s commander

SA makes a very good gun, they are still made in Geneseo Illinois, for a while they were importing frames from Imbel of brazil (which is not bad, imbel makes great forged guns), but according to a press release they went back to an all american made 1911.

FYI i really want a DW razorback 10mm though

I like my RZ-10, packs quite a punch.  I bought a 40 cal barrel for it from DW and I now can shoot 40 S&W and 10mm from the same frame.

pete_1: nice, which super mag?

SCORPIO: yeah thats part of why I want the 10mm, 2 calibers in one, also because 10mm is an ausome auto caliber, and lastly because I watched too much miami vice as a kid.

AHH, the Bren 10 got you too wink.  I always like that horizontal draw shoulder rig Sonny Crockett wore.
