You guys want believe this. I sent my T/C .223 to Smith & Wesson for repair. The barrel kept locking up. It needed an ejector and something in the frame was bent I think. I told them if they would to replace: 1. The hammer with a selector type switch [mine doesn't have that]. 2. I needed 4 screw for the top of the barrel. 3. I need 2 screws for the bottom barrel. 4. The barrel slot where the ejector goes needs to be machined and smoothed out. 5. I need a new ejector. 6. Repair what ever is wrong with the frame on releasing the barrel. I will be glad to pay you for the new trigger and screws etc.
Well I finally got the pistol back after 8 weeks. They did everything I asked and more. They even hot blued the frame it had the barney color bad. And the hot blued the barrel too. The total cost was: Zero; No charge. Now that is service my friend. Warren Thompson is true to his word. His guns are guaranteed for life.

Glad to here that they are still standing behind their product. Several years ago I broke a trigger spring in my TC so I called their customer service and in just a few days I received not one but two springs free of charge. This is what customer service is all about, standing behind your product and going beyond the expected.
