Well I had a very crappy day at work to day so I thought I'd go to the range and try to relax. I took my Monson 41 mag VH8 and my new Palmer 7445 SM VH 5 3/8" and a few rounds and headed off to the outdoor range, nothing like some big bore trigger time to help you forget your cares. Its was cold, 28 F with wind blowing snow when I got there so I didn't spend a lot of time. I tacked up some targets at the 15 yd targets and got to it. I didn't waste any time, shot standing off hand, double and single action. I wasn't really concerned about accuracy, as you can see from my targets, I mainly wanted to let off some steam and forget about today. All in all not a terrible showing, I'm sure I could have done a lot better if I'd taken my time but it was just too cold. The up side is I had the place to myself, too cold for the general public I guess. The 41 sights were a little high but grouped ok.
Anything worth doing is worth doing well.

I'm assuming the crappy day at work went away as the round count increased?
28 degrees, wind and blowing snow-you really needed a Range Day, I think
I went to a bookstore and asked the saleswoman "Were is the Self Help Section?" She said if she told me, it would defeat the purpose.
