I typed the story of this particular rifle on here with my Kindle fire and now it's gone. Too much trouble to do that again. It's serial number CX0037. Does anyone have any information about this gun? I haven't been able to find much at all except that two have been sold on the internet for $1300 and $1325. Is that because there were supposedly less than 100 of the experimental ones? If so, is this one as valuable as the other 2 that I mentioned?
I will post pictures from my computer shortly. Any information would be appreciated. Thank you.

The Coyote has cropped up a couple of times on DWF. In 2012 there was one going on Gun Broker in the $400+ range, and shortly thereafter there was a special, one of a kind two tone one that Bob Serva had made for his personal collection that was going for quite a bit more.
I won't post the links because the accompanying GB links are no longer active. If you type Coyote in the search box (upper left corner on the DWF Homepage) you will get about 20 results, some of which are relevant to the DW Coyote rifle, which was a Norwich product from the Bob Serva era.
I went to a bookstore and asked the saleswoman "Were is the Self Help Section?" She said if she told me, it would defeat the purpose.

Thank you for the information. I haven't fired this one either so I wouldn't know about the trigger pull. It doesn't have sights and I haven't put a scope on it because I don't want to possibly decrease it's value. It's a pre-production model that was tested by the Dan Wesson Co. Hence the serial number CX0037. I was told there were less than a hundred that were tested before this model was accepted and then produced for the public.
