Here are a few pics of my last acquisition of 2014, a Mitchell Arms Titan MKII. I posted under rare and unusual Dans because obviously it was mostly made by Dan Wesson. I do not have much info on them other than they were made in 1995 only. Fixed barrel like the Palmer FBs but with a different shroud profile.

I did manage a quick range trip recently and the Titan shoots very well. The usual top quality action, very smooth and precise lockup.

That's a nice looking piece - they certainly don't show up often in excellent condition like that one.  Mitchell has been through some ups and downs throughout their existence but has put out some nice firearms among their offerings.  The nice thing about the DW Mitchells is that they retain the quality of DW and remain somewhat scarce in the market.

and now we know of 3!   Or do others have the Titans hidden away?    Nice looking Titan MK11,occasion the wood does do it well, though the rubber that came on it is a different type!

Very nice looking revolver!  I actually love the rounded shroud.

I kept looking at those pics and thinking the same thing.  Maybe because it looks like a DW but that shroud is very un-DW, I don't know what makes it so attractive. After all, most other revolvers have rounded barrels.
