If your cylinder has never been installed you may need a hole drilled in the inside that will allow the roll pin to fit that holds the bushing behind the star. Look at your other guns to see what I am talking about. The roll pin keeps the bushing from turning and allows the star to turn with the cylinder instead of spinning freely. If that is what you are talking about, I have a bunch of those bushings and pins. Snake-eye has suggested red loctite instead of drilling the hole. I had a gunsmith drill a hole in a stainless cylinder but he broke numerous drill bits doing it. He said he had never seen such hard stainless. And blue steel is harder than stainless. I will use loctite next time. If that is what you are talking about I can send you the bushing.
