I had a local smith rechamber a .22 LR cylinder to .22 Magnum.  Just for fun I put put it together with a a EWK extra heavy shroud.  Went to the range, functions fine and shoots good groups at 100 yards.

now that one is crazy you flipped the pic!    I have thought about haveing this done though need an extra 22 to do it to!

I fixed the flip. I got a spare cylinder from Numrich so I can change it back if needed.  I have two DW .22s so the other will stay cheap to shoot.
